In mountain tunnel construction projects, a large amount of polluted water is discharged during the construction process. The polluted water generated must be reprocessed by adding various chemicals to meet effluent standards before being discharged into rivers, a time-consuming task in which construction site personnel have had to patrol and check the turbidity and pH values of the polluted water and adjust the amount of each chemical added.
Our "Turbid Water Treatment AI Analysis Service" is a system that uses AI image analysis to adjust the amount of chemicals to be added when adding chemicals. The service uses cameras installed in each water tank of a turbid water treatment facility to enable the AI to recognize the treatment reaction status of the chemicals in each tank and to deliver the appropriate amount of chemicals. The system also enables a series of processes from remote observation and management of the status of each water tank via the cloud, and is expected to improve the efficiency of turbid water treatment operations.
